MASHED GARLIC POTATOES

These mashed potatoes with garlic are flavorful and very rich! Replace the milk with heavy cream for a creamier texture. Topped with green onions or sesame seeds, these are also quite delicious.

  • Prepare in 10 minutes.
  • Cook for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 8 peeled potatoes
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of butter
  • two minced garlic cloves
  • salt
  • One dash of freshly ground pepper

Directions

    • Step 01

Heat up a big saucepan of water until it boils. Add potatoes and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.

    • Step 02

After draining, put potatoes in a big basin.

    • Step 03

To potatoes, add milk, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Potatoes can be mashed using a potato masher or beat with an electric mixer until they have the right consistency.

    • Step 04

Potatoes should be moved to a serving bowl.
