Cucumber cocktail offers the most amazing all-natural flavor from fresh cucumber juice, and it’s refreshing and somewhat sweet. It has just the right quantity of vodka, handmade cucumber juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1.5 oz cucumber juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Clean and pat dry the cucumbers. Slice the cucumber thickly after trimming off the tips.
Add the chopped cucumbers to the blender and process until the cucumbers are totally pureed and no pieces are left.
To improve holding, place a mesh veggie bag over a sieve. Pour the pureed cucumbers into the bag after setting the strainer over a measuring cup or other container.
Squeeze and strain as much of the juice as you can. Throw away any remaining pulp in the bag. Use the cucumber juice within 24 hours or as soon as possible. Make sure to freeze it if you wish to keep it longer.
