BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGH
This recipe for chicken is fantastic. It has a ton of taste!
Simply rub some olive oil and seasonings on the chicken pieces, then bake them in the oven for 30 minutes. It is excellent and as simple as it gets.

For this recipe, I use boneless, skinless chicken thighs. It’s one of my favorite chicken parts because it’s inexpensive, easily accessible, simple to prepare and consume, and incredibly juicy!
- Olive oil:
I adore using this flavorful oil when I cook. However, you can substitute avocado oil if you’d prefer to use a cooking oil with a higher smoke point. Just be aware that it won’t have the same flavor as olive oil.
- Black pepper and kosher salt:
If you use fine salt, you might want to use less because too much salt will make the dish taste salty.

Place the chicken in a baking dish with a rim now. It works great with a 9 x 13-inch pan.
The chicken must be baked in a 400°F oven until fully done as the final step. This should take around 30 minutes, depending on how hot your oven is.

Really, everything goes with this dish. It is quite adaptable. I prefer to serve the chicken with a side dish that I can prepare in the same oven because I bake the chicken at 400 degrees. So I frequently serve it with any of the sides listed below:
